Friends of the Americas, a Christian NGO based in Baton Rouge, La with principal offices in Danli, Honduras has served the people of Honduras for over 30 years focusing on medical care, nutrition centers, and micro agricultural initiatives.  Our mission partners with FOA at their clinic in the mountainous community of Las Trojes where we provide medical and surgical care as well as outreach to poor adults and children.
